中華民國微電影協會主辦，台灣首個專注在推廣手機微電影創作的「2014微笑Taiwan手機微電影比賽」，總計吸引了近兩百件作品參賽，在經過嚴格評選後，在2014年12月20日下午三時，於台北市松山文創園區四號倉庫舉辦盛大頒獎典禮，會中並將邀請「百大影展¬聯盟計劃」的洪馬克導演擔任年度國際青年大使，帶領更多年輕創作者前進國際影展，透過微電影讓全世界看見台灣。
